Hi, I’m Bing Bai

I am a Ph.D. candidate of Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology at Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis, and I'm joining Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University as an Assistant Professor of Operations Management starting summer 2023.
My research focuses on data-driven problems in the digitization of online platforms. I implement field experiments, and use structural models, causal inference and machine learning to study human behaviors and the human-algorithm connections on platforms.
